Julie Neely
Customer Care Assistant
Julie is a Mum of two and works part time in the Customer Care team.
She loves her holidays and is an avid skier.

Customer Care Assistant
Steph joined us in October 2010 as a full time Customer Care Assistant. She has a BTEC National Diploma in Travel & Tourism. Steph loves going on holiday and is hoping to travel and experience many long haul destinations.

Louise is studying in her second year at college alongside working part time in the Customer Care Team. Louise has only been abroad once, but she hopes to change this very soon!

Melanie Pickerill
Trainee Customer Care Assistant
Melanie recently joined our Customer Care Team working part time. She recently got married and honeymooned in Florida, which was her first long haul flight, but she is hoping this was one of many to come!
