Diane thank you for arranging the most amazing wedding in paradise! Dreams is so beautiful and we just couldn’t fault anything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and within a few hours they all seemed to know our names. The entertainment team were superb and the kids just found them so funny. We all loved the restaurants but the kids loved the buffet and we could regularly dine together while the entertainment team took care of the kids. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and look forward to booking our anniversary stay with you.

Thank you so much for recommending this hotel we couldn’t stop saying WOW when we got there! The Sanctuary was everything you described and truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly, the rooms out of this world and the resort was so perfect everywhere. The food was the best we have ever experienced, the beach areas were so clean and welcoming. Everything was just perfection, No getting up at 5am to save a sun lounger & No Children. It was just so peaceful giving you time to relax and unwind enjoying the sun. It was our piece of Paradise for 2 weeks & just how you described it to be.

Over the last couple of days my wife and I plus friends of ours have been looking to book a holiday in January out to the Dominican Republic.

Close friends of ours suggested we try The "Caribbean Warehouse" where they booked their holiday, and received good service.

With that in mind we took their advice.
And I can only say how pleased we are that we did.

A very nice Lady, Louise Hammond took my call, she was courteous, precise and very clear, answering all questions that I asked of her.

After discussing prices, times of travel etc. with our friends, we decided to ring back and proceed with the booking.
Louise was on another call at the time , but that was no problem as yourself Leighton was just as polite, professional and helpful.

Louise rang us back as soon as she finished her other call and we made the booking.

All I / We can say is that if the holiday goes as well as the service that we have so far received from you then all will be fine.

Hi there,
Just to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at the Dreams Palm Beach resort in Punta Cana.
The food in all the restaurants was gorgeous and the staff were wonderful.

Our upgrade to the preferred club was a good choice as we ended up with a jacuzzi spa bath and we overlooked the preferred lounge which was a bonus.

Anyway, just to let you know that we had a great time and would recommend your holiday company to anyone.

The hotel was lovely. The restaurants beautifully decorated and the food top standards. The entertaintment team and ALL the staff were great.
Kids club was cool according to the three children in our party. Would definitely recommend it.

Just to say how we both enjoyed our holiday (Dec 2nd) at the Bahia Principe. The hotel is true five star in our opinion. Junior suites are large, spacious and airy. The whole resort is very well cared for by all the lovely Dominican workforce. We took a trip into Santo Domingo the capital and although it took 3 hours to get there, was very worthwhile. Please feel free to point any of your prospective clients who may wish to visit this hotel, to us. We would be most happy to offer our detailed opinions on any aspect. Thanks again.
