Just got back from our wedding / honeymoon at the Excellence Riviera Cancun and thought I would drop you a quick note to thank you, Jonathan and Kevin for all your help in making the arrangements on our behalf.
The whole trip was absolutely fantastic, hotel wonderful and the weather perfect. I reckon we had about three minutes of rain the whole fortnight.
The wedding co-ordinators Ariadna and Anna were absolutely superb and made all the arrangements to make our wedding day absolutely out of this world, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Not only did we get married but I'm now a qualified scuba diver.

We really just wanted to highlight the excellent work of Chris Goate, who we have now used to book our last 3 holidays. We first used Chris in January 2009 to book a holiday to the Excellence in Cancun, Mexico. His knowledge of the resort was first class, and very accurate. He even recommended the block to stay in, and it was perfect. As we enjoyed it so much we have booked again for this year.
Last week we contacted Chris again to find us a winter sun holiday. Once again he excelled in his recommendation for Dreams Palm Beach in the Dominican, which looks tremendous. His knowledge of the resort was again first class, and he asked us pertinent questions about our holiday requirements, making some recommendations (as we don’t have kids he recommended top floor so we wouldn’t be disturbed by youngsters – we would never have thought of that).
Chris is clearly very passionate about finding his customers the best holiday. He comes across as very relaxed, easy going and nothing is too much trouble. He really takes time out to ensure your holiday is the right one and we have been very impressed by his knowledge. He comes across as a man who enjoys his job and in our experience has always been very positive and upbeat, even when we try his patience over price!! I honestly couldn’t say the same about other companies or travel advisors we have used in the past.
As public sector workers we are aware that people are often quick to criticise but not to praise. Chris certainly deserves praise.
We look forward to booking our next holiday with Chris and Blue Bay Travel.

The holiday was great. The rooms were all sorted as you said they would be so that was great...The children were like water babies and were rarely out of the pools and the men became very familiar with the cocktail menu! Myself and my sisters took the opportunity to eat well, partake in all the pool sports and genrally look after ourselves for a few weeks and I managed to come back 6lbs lighter !!!! RESULT.
Thank you once again for putting everything right for us before we went, it definately made the holiday an overall sucess. Having seen the rooms they are actually perfect for two but the rooms are quite narrow and would definately have been cramped if the 4 of us had been squeezed into one room. So a huge thank you Gemma.

Having travelled to Secrets with you several times we wanted to try something new but still experience all the things we love about Secrets. We weren’t disappointed it was all the great restaurants, bars and entertainment we love just with children. The adult only pool was our favourite spot, it was really chilled. I took in some afternoon reading while mike regularly took a nap in the fading sun. We enjoyed walking around the marina and took in the dolphin show but mainly spent our time enjoying the hotel. Thank you for arranging this years Jamaica holiday, having travelled to Jamaica several times before this resort has taken our experiences to a whole new level. What a amazing place, we are in our late twenties and there were so many young couples we could share banana daiquiris with. The rooms were the best we have ever experienced, the preferred club was worth every penny for us. We used the soaking tub on the balcony every day and I wouldn’t have wanted to be without it, sensational views from the balcony. The pools were great and many a afternoon was spent on a floaty enjoying cocktails from the swim up bar. We loved the choice of restaurants but I think the oriental was our favourite if I had to choose but the room service was a regular bonus we enjoyed. Of all the all Inclusive resorts we have tried in the last few years we can honestly say it beats the rest.

Thank you for your advice, Secrets Silversands was the perfect last minute getaway from the hustle & bustle of London life. The location was ideal, our private transfer was waiting for us on arrival and we were in our Suite within 45mins of getting our luggage. As year in year our loyal Sandals clients our first experience of Mexico was truly memorable & I can honestly say that Secrets has the edge over Sandals from our experience. The service really is excellent & the staff made it such a memorable holiday. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite, the décor is so traditional creating a wonderful ambiance for a meal with your loved one. The option to have the villa with the pool was the right choice. We loved the quiet but easily accessible Jitneys service to the Manor and Riviera side.
The dining was really good with lots of restaurant choices, which is great. The beach, though small, was very clean and agreeable to us.

Just to tell you we arrived back yesterday from Excellence Riviera Cancun and it was as good as we expected if not better. Everything from being greeted on arrival with a glass of Champagne to sitting in the comfortable air conditioned lounge waiting to be taken back to the airport was wonderful.
The accommodation, food and drinks were first class. Definitely worth the upgrade to a "Swim-Up Room" just to be able to walk straight out into a pool and to have our own patio area with hammock was wonderful.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful without being too pushy.
Celebrating our Ruby weddding anniversary there was made all the more special.

Louise was on another call at the time , but that was no problem as yourself Leighton was just as polite, professional and helpful.
Louise rang us back as soon as she finished her other call and we made the booking.
All I / We can say is that if the holiday goes as well as the service that we have so far received from you then all will be fine.

The food in all the restaurants was gorgeous and the staff were wonderful.
Our upgrade to the preferred club was a good choice as we ended up with a jacuzzi spa bath and we overlooked the preferred lounge which was a bonus.
Anyway, just to let you know that we had a great time and would recommend your holiday company to anyone.

Just to let you know we returned last night from our vacation.
I know you had a couple of hiccups getting it sorted with Kuoni but the hard work paid off.
The whole event from start to finish was fantastic.
Everything worked according to plan.
The business class flights on Emirates, the lounges, the transfers were all top notch.
The hotels in Dubai were great. The Desert Palm was spot on for us on the way out to chill down in a very personal hotel. The Mina Al Salam on the way back picked us up nicely with style and the size of the place was impressive.
But the Coco Palm Bodu Hithi took the biscuit. It was absolutely what the doctor ordered - stupendous. The location, the staff, the facilities, the room, the food, the restaurants, the weather all came together to make it a truly enjoyable and memorable Maldivian vacation.

Having just returned from the Maldives, Kurimathi Village I would like to thank you so very much for telling us about this Island.
We had the most amazing time together, it really was our Paradise Island. It is so beautiful and the staff were fabulous - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
There are going to be lots of changes next year, the island is becoming one resort - all inclusive, adding another pool and knocking down some cottages and replacing them with new family rooms with 2 bedrooms. They are also adding a children's club. Persoanlly I dont think it is the right place for kids! It is more of a honeymoon, anniversary island!
Having said this we will most certainly be going back. Our plan is to return for our 25th Wedding Anniversay (silver), if not before. We just fell in love with the place and we want to thank you for suggesting the Island to us. I will be contacting you for our next trip to the Island. We were amazed that having only booked 10 days prior to travel everything went completely to plan from collecting tickets at Airport, through to kids and Veggie meals on the plane. The transportation was spot on and there were no problems with the booking at the hotel.
We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Sandos Caracol Resort in Playa Del Carmen. We were a little worried from some of the reviews on TripAdvisor but no need — it was great !
We will certainly use you guys again and recommend you to friends and family and also recommend the resort.
Christmas in Mexico was fantastic and they really made it special for us especially on Christmas Eve.

I have just booked a holiday through you for April next year (2009) to the Excellence Riviera Cancun hotel on the Riviera Maya in Mexico and I just wanted to compliment you on the standard of service and assistance we received.
I spoke to Peter last Wednesday and from start to finish he was superb. There was no big sale, just advice and information. I was very impressed with him.
When I rang on Saturday to finalise a booking I was unable to speak to Peter as he was not working that day. However, I spoke to Leighton who was equally as helpful.
If the rest of the booking/holiday follows in similar fashion we will be more than delighted.
It is highly likely that we will come back to you in future when considering further holidays (we are thinking of St Lucia, possibly a Sandals hotel in 2010 or perhaps the Maldives.

We booked our holiday through the Caribbean Warehouse (Blue Bay Travel) in 2007. It was a special one for us because we were getting married there too. Through the excellent advice from Leighton we decided on The Royal in Cancun.
There were a few of us travelling and we were all flying from different airports and at different times, but it did not confuse them. They knew exactly what was going on and I had no doubt that the plans were in good hands. Leighton was happy to answer any questions – and there were a lot of those. He was even happy to talk to my mother-in-law on several occasions.
He must have the patience of a saint.
The team secured upgrades for the whole party so everyone was over the moon when we turned up. The hotel was better than we expected for the money we paid - it was exceptional. We were staying in the best hotel in Cancun and we couldn’t believe our luck.
Thank you Caribbean Warehouse for making our Wedding Day perfect.
Overall the customer service was excellent, everything about the holiday from booking it to the last day was a pleasure.
I would definitely recommend the Caribbean Warehouse to anyone who wants a Luxury faraway holiday. I will be using them for my 2008 holiday.

We came home on Monday from 2 Weeks of Heaven at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. I am already back on the Website purring over the Pictures. LUSH that is all I can say! We went to the Moon Palace earlier in the year & the Aventura Spa Palace last December, but this Hotel was another level above. I cannot fault a single thing, the Beach, Room, Restaurants & Service were simply stunning. I would recommend it to anybody who wants a memorable luxury holiday with no All Inclusive Wristbands!

1. Overall Excellence of the resort it definately stands up to its name.
2. Entertainment Staff were exceptional in everyway especially Kevin Garcia and Jean Paul as they are very special young Men and become such wonderful friends to us on our stay at the resort. Also all the others were fantastic too! These guys are a great asset to the resort, they make everyone happy and will go out of there way to help the guests. We stayed at the Moon Palace Nizuc for 10 nights in october & we had a blast. We loved almost everything about this hotel, the only negative was the long walk to the room but the golf buggies were available most of the time. We were originally put in the sunrise but one phone call & our room was switched to the Nizuc which was a little quieter & more to our personal choice. We tried most of the restaurants in both sides and the choice really was first class, you could stay there a month and not get bored.

We stayed at Royal in Cancun for seven nights in September, the pictures just don’t do this hotel justice! From the moment you arrive at the lobby with the stained glass ceiling to the minute you leave it is like heaven. We got the glasses of champagne and cool towel reception like the Excellence did for us last year which sets you in the mood from the beginning. Our suite had the most amazing view, I cannot begin to describe the colour of the ocean. What a way to wake up every morning to be greeted by this spectacular view, although the resort is exceptional it wasn’t quite as good as the Excellence last year. We couldn’t put our finger on it but it certainly wins for location & without question the Ocean. We would go back but I think we might try somewhere different next year. Hopefully you can recommend somewhere, please feel free to email me back some suggestions.

Our first holiday in Mexico and what a way to start, everyone at the hotel was so polite. The maids, barmen, reception staff you name it they were amazing & never failed to smile or say hola. I couldn’t say a bad word about it and will definitely go back tomorrow

We would just like to thank you for your excellent service from start to finish. The hotel you recommended was far above our expectations and the room was just as you described it. We are already considering returning next year and will definitely consider booking through you again as our first option. This is the first time we have ever stayed at a hotel on an all inclusive package, and I must say that we were more than impressed with the dining options available. We didn't have to wait for a table once during our two week stay. The entertainment was great and we would like to say a special thank you to Jesus, Letita, Carlos and Abel and his team for making our stay a pleasant one.

What a superb hotel, the staff make this place, so friendly. Food was perfect in every restaurant with overwhelming options, enjoyed the breakfasts most, never had so much choice. The room was huge and the pools and gardens were fabulous.
