This was my first visit to Mexico and I was extremely excited to be going.

We flew with Thomson, and upgraded to premium seats. This was definitely worth the money as the seats were much larger and comfier for the longer flight; the staff were really friendly and did everything possible to make the flight enjoyable and relaxing. Another great thing about premium seats was the fact that your drinks were included during the flight there was a wonderful range of films to watch both there and on the return flight. continue reading…

This wasn’t the first time I have been to Mexico; however it was the first time at this hotel.

El Dorado Royale is a lovely 5* adults only hotel. We arrived at the resort having been transferred from the airport by Jumbo Tours to be greeted with a fab glass of cold champagne. After checking in we were given an Ocean Front Suite at the furthest end of the resort. We were taken by golf buggy and at the same time given a tour of the property. continue reading…
