Beach Villas
Nestled peacefully along the shores of this pristine island hideaway are the resort's Beach Villas. Each commands its
own piece of sandy shore with views of the wide blue ocean. These villas feature comfortably stylish furniture, expanded
wardrobes and sliding glass doors leading to the terrace and beach.
Grand Beach Villas
Two bedrooms each, one with King-size bed and the other with two single beds, spacious bathroom
featuring free-form whirlpool bath, outdoor shower and double vanity sink semi-open to the sky;
living room/dining table; kitchenette; private veranda; wide beachfront.
Water Villas
Stretching from the centre of the island, a long wooden bridge leads guests to the resort's Water Villas. Captivating and romantic, they feature a large outdoor deck creating generous space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The most sensuous over-water bathrooms, semi-open to the sky, envelop guests in natural comfort with freeform stone bath and outdoor shower.

Thin Rah
The main restaurant at One&Only Kanuhura, Thin Rah offers expansive buffets with open-cooking stations where chefs prepare themed cuisines and individual dishes for guests. In one of three dining pavilions, each with a distinct theme and ambience, enticing choices include fish, seafood and regional specialties, fusion dishes, sushi and sashimi, exotic salads and fruits from markets around the world, homemade ice creams and selections for younger guests.
Olive Tree
Olive Tree serves a la carte dishes from throughout the Mediterranean and features an open pizza oven. Specialties are fresh pastas, salads and a mouth-watering selection of freshly caught grilled seafood and steaks. 'Cuisines of the sun' inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean are offered for lunch. Enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant itself, or take a poolside table for a romantic candlelit dinner as a glowing sunset fades into a million twinkling stars.
Veli Cafe
Candlelit romance on the shores of the Indian Ocean sets the tone for Veli Cafe, with its white-linen covered tables and chairs set amidst the luxurious shade of frangipani trees on the beachside wooden terrace. An extensive choice of carefully selected wines make the perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood from the Maldivian atolls, fused with spices, pickles and sauces to form a delectable Thai cuisine.
Jehunuhara Island
Across a 300 metre shallow lagoon channel, just a five-minute boatride from One&Only Kanuhura, is the resort's neighbouring uninhabited islet of Jehunuhura. A pristine powder-fine sand beach and a small manicured 'jungle' interior give a true Robinson Crusoe feel to this little piece of paradise. Six individual cabanas offer guests a relaxing retreat from the heat of the afternoon sun.
Cove's
On Jehunuhura Island is Cove's - an unparalleled al fresco restaurant that combines the charms of elegant dining with all the romance of being on a 'desert island.' The simple, but sumptuous a la carte lunch menu is complemented by an extensive wine list and friendly service.

Landsports
An oasis of invigorating adventure, the resort offers myriad opportunities for active enrichment every day including two floodlit tennis courts and an air-conditioned squash court. In the comfortable game room, guests can also enjoy darts, table football, table tennis and billiards, or just relax with a cosy read in the library.
Watersports
Within the protected reefs surrounding the island, the waters of the Indian Ocean become a playground of incredible fun for water sports enthusiasts. The resort lagoon and unexploited surrounding waters of Lhaviyani Atoll provide endless opportunities for marine exploration from scuba diving excursions and PADI certification courses to guided snorkelling trips. Water-sports enthusiasts can enjoy a wide range of activities including windsurfing, water-skiing, wake-boarding, catamaran sailing, speed boating, fishing, canoeing, pedalo boating, banana boat and tube rides, and exploring the ocean with underwater scooters.

One&Only Spa has its own lavish pavilion, complete with a health and beauty centre with separate amenities for ladies and gentlemen. For total beauty treatment, the Beauty Salon offers hair care, manicure, pedicure and personalised make-up and styling. Aerobics, yoga, meditation and workouts at the Gymnasium are also part of the spa's daily attractions, where facilities are among the best in the world.

One&Only Kanuhura has a dedicated wedding coordinator to arrange wedding blessings and renewals of vows at various romantic locations around the resort. Photography and video packages can be arranged upon request, as well as wedding attire. Events may be simple or elaborate, and can be arranged for couples travelling alone or those celebrating with family and friends. Please note that resort weddings conducted in Maldives are ceremonial only and not legally recognised.
