Dining & Bars

A variety of culinary choices are on offer in restaurants showcasing superb menus, each with its own unique ambience and design features.

Two restaurants are set on the mainland overlooking the pool and beach, and guests may also choose to dine on Frangipani Island, or take the complimentary boat transfer to Ilôt Mangénie for lunch at the beachside restaurant.

Barlens
The look is thatched and the feel is relaxed. Located on Frangipani Island, Barlen's is designed according to Feng Shui principles, with fiery under-lighting at the bar and a water-filled moat sealed with glass beneath the feet. Host Barlen, with One&Only Le Touessrok since the resort's earliest days, looks after every need with incomparable charm and efficiency.

Safran
Overlooking Hisbiscus and Trou d'Eau Douce Bay, Safran unfolds around an open kitchen and tandoori ovens fill the air with exotic scents and fresh aromas. The menu is highly sophisticated, a modern interpretation of classical Indian cuisine conceived by London-based Michelin-Star Chef Vineet Bhatia and his colourful creations.

Three-Nine-Eight
One&Only Le Touessrok's main dining room, Three-Nine-Eight is an eclectic multicultural experience featuring nine different cuisines - Mauritian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and French - with incredible views overlooking Trou d'Eau Douce and Hibiscus Bay from its central location on the resort's mainland.

Sega Bar
The Sega Bar occupies centre stage at the main pool and is the ideal spot throughout the day for refreshing drinks and tropical cocktails.

Barlens Bar
Throughout the day, this informal bar adjoining Barlen's restaurant on Frangipani Island serves fresh juices, cool drinks and delicious afternoon teas. Sundowners, perhaps a glass of rosé champagne, are accompanied by Asian-inspired snacks.

Robinson's Bar
The cheerful governor of Ilôt Mangénie, Robinson, prepares a special selection of his home-made rum cocktails. Join him at his bar and indulge in the real spirit of the island.

Golf Club Bar
The Clubhouse on Ile aux Cerfs features a relaxed bar with panoramic views of the golf course, the ocean, and the mountains.

Sports & Activities

Take on one of the world's great golf courses or explore the private island retreat across the lagoon. Swim, dive and ride the ocean. Hone tennis skills, or venture out on to the island for hunting, fishing and exploring. Enjoy horse riding on the beach. In this sleek shoreline village of cool white timber and thatch, complimentary sporting facilities both on land and sea create moments of forever magic.

With its stunning natural setting, the playground of Ile aux Cerfs, just 10 minutes away by complimentary boat shuttle, offers an extensive array of complimentary water sports, and the 18-hole golf course designed by Bernhard Langer.

Spa & Fitness

Givenchy Spa
The Givenchy Spa has eight treatment rooms, a superb heated lap pool (20m long), and separate sauna for men and women. Comprehensive services include facial and body treatments, massages, hydrotherapy, sauna and herbal wraps. With all masseurs and beauticians selected and trained by the Givenchy Paris team, guests are assured the utmost in professional care, provided in the most sublime environment.

Using Swisscare products by Group LVMH Laboratories developed specifically for Givenchy, the experience is unique - inviting guests to unwind and rediscover physical and mental harmony.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre is part of the Givenchy Spa complex, overlooking the heated lap pool on Frangipani Island. It provides sophisticated personalised training, stretching sessions, swimming and aquatic exercise programmes, as well as mobilisation programmes for tennis and golf. A jogging partner is also available on request.

Use of the Fitness Centre's state-of-the-art equipment including eight cardiovascular machines and resistance machines, is complimentary, with a fee for personal trainer services.

Weddings
